South Africa is renown for the quality of its fruit and in particular, its dried fruit. Dried fruit in South Africa comes from a number of geographical regions, and the drying takes place near to the source of the fruit. Most of the subtropical dried fruit comes from Limpopo Province, deciduous fruit from the Westen Cape and raisins and sultanas are dried in the Northern Cape.
Of primary importance is the quality of our product and as a customer you need to be assured of the quality standards and accreditation of the dryer.
You could contact a drier directly if you have any special packing requirements. One drier that has a lot of flexibity is Valley Farms www.valley-farms.com, who supply excellent quality dried fruit mainly for the export market.
